Event Attendance Tracking FAQs

*Beginning on February 18th-Febraury 22nd, the Event Management System will be down for maintenance. You will likely not have access to your QR code or event check in, so please ensure that you track attendance on paper and submit that via the Event Attendance List Submission form.

Each event your student organization holds is required to track attendance. If you are reserving space on campus, your event will not be confirmed until an Event Attendance Tracking form has been submitted.
